Kim Weidlein, RN
Care Navigator
Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University. She spent more than eight years as a critical care nurse at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C., in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Amanda Zimerman
Care Navigation Team Lead
Amanda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who draws on her expertise in both clinical care and social work in her role at Sollis. She earned her Masters of Social Work from Columbia University and brings years of inpatient hospital experience from Mount Sinai Hospital and Jacobi Medical Center.
Stefanie Roumeliotis
Director of Care Navigation
Stefanie brings years of clinical experience as a PA-C, including as the Chief Physician Assistant of Surgery at Mount Sinai Downtown in New York. She is a Knight Foundation Fellow in Healthcare Technology with Baptist Health in Miami.
