The Galleri® test is a blood test that screens for a signal shared across more than 50 types of cancer, including many that don't have a routine screening test today. It works by detecting DNA fragments shed into the bloodstream by cancer cells and analyzing patterns that can point to where in the body a signal is coming from. 

The process is simple: a single blood draw is sent to a lab, with results typically available within about two weeks. Galleri® is intended to be used alongside standard, recommended cancer screenings—not as a replacement for them—and it doesn't detect every type of cancer or predict future cancer risk. It's one more layer of information for a member and their medical team Sollis physician to work with, not a stand-alone diagnostic.  

What Is Wyndly Allergy Testing? 

Wyndly is one of Sollis's trusted medical partners, offering personalized testing and treatment for seasonal and environmental allergies.  

Before Wyndly, sublingual allergy immunotherapy was typically only available through university hospitals. Now, Sollis members can access Wyndly's FDA-approved tablets and clinically studied drops that retrain the immune system over time, without in-office allergy shots. A process like this used to mean a trip to a university hospital and a long course of in-office shots. Through Sollis, testing happens in-center, with ongoing treatment and support delivered to the member's door. 

Here's how it works for Sollis members: a Platinum member schedules an in-person visit at a Sollis center, where the clinical team tests for environmental allergies. Once results are ready, the member has an in-depth consultation with a Wyndly allergist—including, in some cases, Wyndly's Founder and Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Manan Shah—to go over the results and build a personalized treatment plan. If medically appropriate, monthly medication (drops or tablets) is delivered directly to the member's home for an additional fee. Members also have unlimited virtual and in-person follow-up with their Sollis doctors along the way. 

What Is a Heart CT Calcium Scan? 

A heart CT calcium scan is a non-invasive imaging test that measures the amount of calcified plaque buildup in the coronary arteries, producing what's known as a calcium score. A higher coronary calcium score may reflect a higher probability of coronary artery disease and a higher risk of heart attack. For Platinum members over 40 without known symptoms of heart disease, this scan can help give your doctor a more accurate picture of your cardiovascular risk—useful information if your PCP recommends more detailed risk assessment. 

Here’s how it works: The scan itself is quick—typically 10 to 15 minutes—with no needles, no contrast dye, and minimal prep beyond avoiding caffeine beforehand. It's important to note that it doesn't diagnose a condition on its own; rather, it gives a Sollis member and their medical team a clearer starting point for a conversation about heart disease prevention.
