Meet the Doctors
Dr. Sumir Shah, Assistant Medical Director of New York
Dr. Shah received his Bachelor’s in Microbiology and Immunology from University of Rochester, followed by a Master’s in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University. He attended NYIT College of Medicine and completed residency training in emergency medicine at New York-Presbyterian/Queens.
Dr. Erick Eiting, Regional Medical Director of New York
A former Professor of Emergency Medicine (EM) and Vice Chair of Operations for EM at Mount Sinai Downtown, Dr. Eiting completed his EM residency at Albert Einstein, as well as a fellowship in EM Administration at Keck-USC Hospital in Southern California. He also served as the Residency Program Director at Mount Sinai for the care of LGBTQ patients and is a national expert on this important topic.
