Dr. Mike Tarnay, Assistant Medical Director of Manhattan Beach
Dr. Tarnay is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with over 23 years of experience. He attended Georgetown University Medical School and completed his emergency medicine training at UCLA Medical Center. His career spans hospital-based care across two major South Bay hospitals, international disaster medicine in Kenya, and service as a track physician for the Long Beach Grand Prix.
Dr. Tiffany Fischman, Concierge Pediatrician
Dr. Fischman is a board-certified pediatrician with over a decade of experience spanning top academic and community settings. She completed her pediatric residency at Goryeb Children's Hospital before being named an Instructor in Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School. She has also attended at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, Calabasas Pediatrics, and Providence Saint Johns in Santa Monica.
