Your annual membership entitles you to unlimited access and same-day appointments with our in-center physicians at all Sollis Locations. These visits are free and do not come with a co-pay.  

Urgent and emergency care at no additional fee

  • Routine in-house blood work: CBC, PT/INR, CMP, BMP, lipid panel, liver panel + (+ Amylase), CRP Plus Metlyte, MetLac 12, UA, urine Hcg, and glucose check

At Sollis Health, our Care Navigation Team does the legwork for you, from scheduling and sending imaging scans for specialist appointments, to submitting insurance claims to your out-of-network provider, to negotiating at-home and long-term care and ambulance transportation. If you require hospitalization, Sollis also offers patient advocacy, including coordination with hospital VIP services
