Welcome to Sollis! Your membership unlocks immediate access to our world-class team of emergency medicine-trained clinicians across all 14 Sollis Centersas well as 24/7 virtual care, seamless specialist coordination, and a full suite of advanced diagnostics and concierge services. 

Below you’ll find everything you need to make the most of your membership.

How to Get Started with Your Sollis Membership 

Follow these step-by-step instructions to start using your membership. 

  1. Save our Contact Card: Add us to your contacts. Use your local 24/7 Medical Hotline for both medical care and scheduling purposes.

  1. Complete Your Account Set Up: Check your email! You will have received a message that includes links to complete your Member Profile and to fill out your Onboarding Forms. 

 

Completing your Member Profile helps ensure we have accurate information for everyone on the account and allows us to better support your care over time. 

 

Completing your Onboarding Forms allows us to obtain the necessary consents and medical authorizations to provide you with care. 

 

  1. Schedule a Welcome Call: You can connect directly with our Member Services team to review your benefits and ask any questions you’ve had since signing up.  

 

Our advisors will help you fully understand your Sollis Membership, reviewing included services, additional capabilities, and best practices to ensure you have a great member experience.

  1. Booking Care:  

  • Welcome Consultation (Optional): Schedule an in-person Welcome Consultation at your local Sollis center. During this visit, you’ll meet with a provider, go over your medical history, receive a baseline wellness exam*, and tour the center.  

*Routine labs and EKG are included with this visit at no additional charge. 

 

  • Acute & Ongoing Care: Book appointments anytime for urgent, acute or emergent medical needs. Visits are scheduled as needed, without pre-authorization or referrals.
